This one we watched was an old, cowboy movie. There is a Western channel. This one had someone singing about moms raising their boys to be cowboys. Don’t do it. Now you know what that song is. I believe moms have much influence on their children. They are with their kids many times with out the rest of the family. Their influence is immense.
I believe those who know the Lord will sing, and be happy with their little, ones. I believe this makes quite a ,difference in your outlook on life. Reading the Word is easier if you are a stay at home Mom, but it is a discipline any way you look at it. Reading the Word is for you, but Satan, and self-will try talking you out of taking time to read.
Are you grumpy, and angry for no, reason? It might be that you are tired, but stop to open the Bible for yourself. Feed your spirit, and you will be better off for it. Good works will not get you to Heaven, but Jesus has said to us, “I am the way the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
With that said, believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who was there when Creation happened.
“Let us make man in our image.” is what God said. I believe life is everlasting. Jesus died, so that we could have forgiveness for our sins, and our sinful nature. He is the one way to heaven. I believe the weapons of our spiritual warfare are not carnal, but powerful to pull down strongholds. Whatever has happened, forgive the person, and start praying for them to commit to Christ. I believe forgiving people keeps us in contact with God. Even when it hurts, forgive, and God will deal with those who have been oppressive, and mean.
No good thing will God withhold from those who walk uprightly. You are where you are minister’s wives, for a reason. When you feel so led, step away to be fed, and to connect with other friends. At times you need refreshing from God Almighty. Stepping aside for a while will help you gain momentum, and purpose. You need refreshing from the Holy Spirit at times.
Ministry is hard, work, and it isn’t pleasant all the time. Forgive, and keep on forgiving. You were bought with a, price. Glorify God with your, heart. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and surrender whether you are having an easy time, or a hard time. Psalm 23 says, “Goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord. ” Part of this is now, and the other is for the future. Repent of your own sins, and step aside for a while to be built up in the Holy Spirit. Every spirit that comes to you isn’t God’s spirit. Test the spirit to see if it is God’s. If you are not in the Word, find comfort there, and become consistent in your reading.
