I am already trying to figure out what we will have tonight for our church supper. It is a decision that has to be right the first time. Ed and I found a significant grocery store that is out-of-the-way but worth the trip. They have meats on display, and some are already marinated. I served marinated chicken last time, and it was blessed. So tender.
Tonight I am thinking of pork chops, and they will have been marinated .What is the reason for marinating? Well, it means the meat will be tender, they won’t harden when you cook them in the oven. You don’t have to try twice to get a bite. It is tender meat.
