We are having the very last of the pork chops we fixed. We had a roast to cut and we did cut it. It made 35 pork chops. So we took a whole roast home with us and froze it. Then we got it out, and cut it into chops. We are eating the last of this roast. We add breading to them, after we have marinated them for several hours. They are so tender you can cut them with a fork.
