Supper was more Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.

We love cheese, and I know how to make grilled cheese sandwiches. It is easy, and simple. We buy cheese by the long bag. It lasts for two and a half weeks if we are careful. The cheese is mainly cheddar, and it is good enough to go on two slices of bread. I lay one on a pad of melting butter. The pan is my tiny, skillet. I turn the bread over, and add cheese. Then I put a lid on the cheese, and turn the sandwich over again. This time it is cooked in minutes, and both sides are heated. The cheese melts slowly. Some gets on the outside bread. I put it on the plate, cut the sandwich in two, and there you have it. A pan-fried, grill cheese sandwich. We have water, or milk with this. Voila!(French for there!)
