We Have One Meat Hammer.

We have one meat hammer, but it does a wonderful job making tough meat tender. We also marinate the meat. We put pork chops in bags of 7, and then let them marinate until they are ready for baking. Ed had the meat cutter at the grocery store cut up a roast. It made individual pieces of meat. Now we take a few out, bake them, and don’t waste our money. We eat at home.
