I have Tried.

I have tried to lose the same 20 pounds for months. I am slow about this. I did hear about another diet that sounds good. My sister told me about it, but you may have heard about it too. You make a cup of boiling water. I got mine from the machine I have.

Add cinnamon, and honey. The cinnamon is plentiful, and the honey is two, teaspoons. I didn’t have much honey left in the bottle, and I didn’t make it to the store today. I did make the cup of brew, and I drank it. My machine made the water hot. I figured it was hot enough. I guessed with the amounts of cinnamon, and the honey. Now I have done this, I wait to see if I will lose what I need to,or do I need to walk around the block for a month.

  1. One cup of hot water. Put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in it, and let it cool to warm. Then add 2 teaspoons of honey. Drink half at night before bedtime, and the other half in the morning when you get up. Do that for a couple of weeks and see what happens! One time won’t do it, you have to be consistent. The brew increases your metabolism so you burn celeries and lose fat. Hope it works!
