I made a coconut cake, and I put the special coconut liquid in the cake before I iced it. I stirred the mixture, put my fork in the cake all over the two layers. And one at a time, I poured this mixture in the cake. It went through the holes I made. This liquid makes the cake moist, and it makes a real, big difference. I put the icing on after this, and then the coconut. It makes a cake that is edible. It was hard not to eat. I did sample one bite!
